All sales are final. Every piece is one of a kind — once it leaves the studio, it cannot be restocked or resold as new.

Craftsmanship Guarantee

If your piece arrives damaged or has a defect in craftsmanship, contact echoesofearthjewelry@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will repair or replace the piece at no cost.

Ring Sizing

Please know your ring size before purchasing. Due to the natural stones and custom settings used in each ring, resizing is often difficult or impossible without risking damage to the stone. If resizing is possible, it will involve return shipping costs and a resizing fee. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss options.

Not sure of your size? Any local jeweller can measure you quickly, or you can order an inexpensive ring sizer online. Getting the right size upfront is the best way to ensure a perfect fit.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us immediately with photos. We will work with Canada Post to resolve the claim and get you taken care of.
